The purpose of the interview is to provide ILP with an opportunity to learn more about you. The interview takes 20-30 minutes and informal dress is appropriate. We prefer that these interviews be conducted in person. If you live outside of the Wasatch Front, we can conduct the interview by phone. Its a good idea to schedule your interview right away.
