Passport Deadlines
Fall Semester
If you are accepted before April 15, your passport deadline is June 1.
If you are accepted after April 15, and you do not already have a
passport, please contact our travel coordinator and work out an
individual passport deadline.
Spring Semester
If you are accepted before October 1, your passport deadline is November 15.
If you are accepted after October 1, and you do not already have a passport, please contact our travel coordinator and work out an individual passport deadline.

Where to obtain a passport
What you need
- Proof of citizenship (one of the following):
- previous U.S. passport
- certified birth certificate
- Passport Application (also available at passport office)
- Proof of identity (one of the following):
- previous U.S. Passport
- driver's license
- government identification card
- Two passport photographs
- Look in the yellow pages under "passport and visa services" for locations
What it costs
- Regular processing (5-6 weeks) $97
- Rush processing (3 weeks) $145
- Rush and Express processing (7 to 10 days) $175
($30 is for overnight mail service)
